Return & Exchange Policy
At Luxe Sun Clothing, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, items like swimwear, underwear, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s).
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Funds will be credited to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
Exchanges
Eligibility: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, you will have the option to return the item for a full refund.
Process: Contact our Customer Support team to arrange an exchange, and once approved, ship the item back following our return instructions. We’ll cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including all shipping costs, at no additional charge.
Important Notes
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return or exchange is due to an error on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
